Emenike...
Good technique...ok speed...but just not Prem Quality...even as a backup striker...really doesn't know where the goal is...apart from Blackburn...
Probably had the lowest strikes (on or off target) per minutes of our attackers...

He is a loan player that has made little to no impact and doesn't look worthy of keeping even on a free, let alone £8m - so yeah we do give up after a few months, that's why we took a low risk loan and didn't buy him in the first place!

When did I say that you baffoon? I just don't see the point in spending good money on a player with no resale value who clearly isn't good enough.
You mentioned Sakho, He didn't have a 'great record', he had one decent season and well done to our scouting team for identifying a player who settled and can clearly play at the highest level. Antonio, indeed he scored in the Championship, the ENGLISH Championship, so he only had a step up in class to make, not just coming in from another country.
Also those players were 24 and 25 when they signed and should be coming into their prime with many years ahead of them, not knocking on 30. If Emenike had a prime it's in the past.

He's only been here a few months! Sahko came over here with a great record in the French second divison!

So what? How else do you get a chance in the prem without doing well in lower leagues? If you want guaranteed Prem strikers under 30 for 8m, join the queue! They just don't exist for under 15/20m, unless they have a history of injury or are bonkers and hard to control.
A club like ours has to make players or take punts. But you dont take a punt and then a few months later give up. What;s the point in that?

The PL is the ONLY decent division he has ever played in, the Turkish and Russian top flights are not only shit but also very corrupt, he also had a season in Turkish second division and half a season at Al Ain. The only goals he has scored for us have been in the cup against lower league opposition. Stats need to be put into context.
